All orders must be placed online through this website.
When you place an order for a product you are buying it for the price stated, subject to these terms and conditions.
You will be sent an email to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation are produced automatically to ensure that you have confirmation of your order details.
We will check you order, in the event of a product being unavailable , the payment will be refunded in full.
We may cancel your order any time if it is reasonable to do so, if the product is unavailable or changed, you will be informed prior to doing so and a full refund will be given.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Any new orders are deemed separate and will be processed separately.
All prices on our site are in UK pounds.
If we discover an error in pricing of the product in your order we will notify you as soon as possible by email. You will have the option for us to change the order to the correct pricing or cancel the order and the payment will be refunded in full.
Delivery cost are automatically calculated before payment is made.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering, and all payments must be made via online through our website. All major credit cards and Paypal payments are accepted.
We cannot always guarantee that all products are in stock at the time of ordering, this is rare but if we are not able to supply your order you will be notified by email and a full refund will be given.
We manage our deliveries with Royal Mail tracked service.
We work hard to ensure that your order arrives to you in perfect condition. If you have any concerns when you receive your order please contact us as soon as possible, this will enable us to arrange a return if you wish to do so.
Items may be returned to us with 14 days from receipt, inline with the Distance Selling Regulations and refunds/exchanges will be authorised, providing the items are returned unused with the tag still intact, in the original packaging. You are responsible for the cost for the return of the product.
Wigs that have been worn , cut, brushed, combed, restyled, or have the tag, have an odour of perfume, hairspray, or any other type of odour will not be accepted for a refund as they will be classed as used.

Returned products should have your name and order number within the return package.
You are responsible for the product until we receive it. A signed for service is recommended.
Once we receive your package we will inspect it and will contact you to inform you of our evaluation and arrange a refund or a replacement if that has bee requested.
We aim to process returns as soon as possible.
We will issue an refund for the first item and extra items an exchange will be offered.

Refunds will be processed to the original card used for the purchase transaction.

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and us and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract proposed.
